We achieve this by providing specialist knowledge and expertise to deliver development opportunities, solutions, advice, compliance and risk mitigation to our people and the business. International Assignment Coordinators and Interns are part of Global Mobility function and are responsible for delivering support in international assignment process to Global Mobility, HR, employees, and stakeholders. This role is key to the coordination of Global Mobility activities across Hitachi Energy. ### How you’ll make an impact Invoice handling review draft invoices, and ensure services billed are authorized and are per quotation/fee list; create Purchase Requests and provide Goods Received clearance etc.; ad hoc investigations Coordination of Compensation collection: request and collect compensation data from payroll teams in different countries Support International Assignment Coordinators as required Your background You are a university student graduating in 2027 or later You are fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus You are comfortable working remotely in a virtual team, within an international environment and across diverse cultures You have strong numeric and analytic skills, and good general IT skills You have intermediate knowledge in Excel More about us We offer following benefits to all interns: Flexible working hours Access to e-learning platform Multisport card Participation in company social events Dbamy o przejrzystość i zgodność z wymogami prawnymi tak, aby każda osoba uczestnicząca w procesie rekrutacyjnym wiedziała, czego może się spodziewać na poszczególnych etapach.
