Our Service offerings empower customers & partners to holistically manage the asset lifecycle—from start-of-life (e.g., Install & Commission), through services designed to strengthen operational-life (e.g., Upgrade, Repair & Extend), to end-of-life activities (e.g., Replace & Decommission). How you’ll make an impact - You will support FES for customer visiting, developing after sales service TR business. - You will provide the technical and commercial support to FES for the after sales service business development. - You work in service project order execution and payment collection support. - You ensure operation product quality handling and solution following,improve the customer satisfaction and focus on team work. - You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. - Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. Your background - You hold a bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred. - Required with 2 years of sales support experience in manufacturing industry. Familiar with transformer products is preferred. - Excellent language expression skills and strong teamwork ability. - Skillful in Word, Excel, PPT and office software. - Ability to use service systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, along with productivity tools such as Copilot, to improve customer support and operational follow-up.
