You will work closely with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders from around the world in a truly international and inclusive environment. This role is within Capacitors & Filters with main focus on the system rather than on individual components. Potential gaps in knowledge will be developed in cooperation with technical experts as a part of the job. As a central part of the team, you will connect different functions, coordinate activities, and ensure that projects move forward efficiently and successfully. Success in this role comes from building strong relationships and creating collaboration across teams and disciplines. How you’ll make an impact Lead GPS projects and work packages. Support manufacturing teams, customers, quality, and supply chain with technical issues. Guide the team through engineering activities. Investigate and solve quality problems reported internally or by customers. Support the design and evaluation of filter systems. Perform electrical and mechanical simulations. Build strong teamwork across global teams and stakeholders to remove obstacles and ensure smooth project execution. Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment and collaborate successfully within cross-functional teams. Your background Masters in Electrical Engineering or related field. 3+ Years of related experience in Capacitors and Filters. Strong knowledge & understanding of High Voltage Filter applications and system as well as the components that are included in the system. Ability to work independently based upon set goals and objectives Ability to plan and execute in a timely manner with high quality. Problem solving & analytical skills Preferable with experience in simulation tools like PSCAD or similar Experience with CREO or other 3D CAD software More about us We believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
