### Job Description

Hitachi, Ltd. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of our manufacturing and operational equipment.

### Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a wide range of industrial machinery and systems, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Execute emergency repairs promptly and efficiently to restore operational functionality.
- Document all maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and machine performance data, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and equipment upgrades to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians as required.

### Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a maintenance engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
