This role is about more than just tools; it is about building complex systems and helping different teams work together effectively. ### Experience At least 6 years working as a DevOps. ### Key Tools High-level expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, and Jenkins. ### CI Knowledge Strong experience with Continuous Integration, including setting up KPIs and automated code quality checks. ### Architecture Familiarity with microservices and how to build systems that scale. ### Soft Skills Ability to handle complex team dynamics and lead people through change. ### Modeling Ability to create clear diagrams (like UML) to show how technical processes work. Ability and willingness to travel extensively during the first 2–3 months, with the role becoming fully remote afterward. ### Job Responsibilities Build Large Systems: Design and manage the infrastructure as we move from small teams to full-scale projects. ### Manage Helm Create and maintain a system for sharing Helm charts across different teams. ### CI/CD Leadership Standardize how we build and test code.
