## Job description

The role of the High Voltage Filed Service Engineer is critical to achieving project completion goals. You should be able to ensure that HV equipment and Protection equipment is installed and functioning properly, in accordance with the contract, quality standards, implementation schedule and safety. How you'll make an impact Driving business performance by delivering results, exceeding targets, and continuously improving processes.

Aligning and executing strategic priorities while contributing to broader organizational goals. Building strong partnerships by fostering collaboration and engaging stakeholders across functions. Coaching and developing talent through regular feedback, mentoring, and capability-building initiatives. Leading organizational change by creating a compelling vision and driving adoption of new ways of working. Promoting inclusive collaboration by effectively navigating and bridging diverse cultures and perspectives.

Anticipating customer and market trends to identify opportunities and deliver business value. Strengthening customer and stakeholder relationships to drive long-term growth and success. Demonstrating accountable leadership by acting with integrity, empowering teams, and fostering a culture of safety and transparency. Your Background Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. 5-10 years' experience in HV equipment and Protection equipment commissioning projects working with OEM multinational companies with offshore experience.

Proven knowledge skills and experience of successful HV equipment and Protection equipment installation. Must possess all necessary Certifications/Licenses from relevant local Authorities, to carry out HV Projects (150 kV ~ 500 kV). Successful implementation of safe systems of work, effective site quality and subcontractor management, proficient use of MS Office and projects.
