Working closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and field operations, you will help drive continuous improvement, strengthen quality systems, and solve complex challenges using data-driven decision making. How You'll Make an Impact Lead quality strategies and initiatives across transformer manufacturing operations. Develop and maintain quality plans, procedures, specifications, and control systems. Analyze quality metrics and trends to identify improvement opportunities. Drive corrective and preventive actions to improve product and process performance. Partner with engineering, production, supply chain, and field teams to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle. Lead internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards. Manage non-conformance investigations, material review processes, and product disposition decisions. Champion Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability and customer satisfaction. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience with transformer products, manufacturing processes, or related quality requirements is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and structured problem-solving methodologies. Understanding of transformer installation, testing, service, or field support activities is an advantage. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Green Belt, or Black Belt certification is a plus.
