The opportunity Are you ready to lead the manufacturing processes behind innovative products and drive operational excellence in a global environment? In this role, you'll play a key part in new product introductions, product transfers, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring production processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Working closely with engineering, operations, and project teams, you'll help bring new technologies and solutions into manufacturing while influencing technical standards and best practices.

How you’ll make an impact Ensure production processes align with project objectives, support design approval activities for internally and externally developed processes, and oversee final testing in accordance with project requirements.

Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of external production processes through continuous monitoring and improvement. Develop and implement standardized processes, tools, and best practices that support technical excellence and operational consistency. Support New Product Introduction (NPI), Transfer of Products (ToP), and Design-to-Value (DtV) initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support fulfillment strategies, including the implementation of new technologies and material handling solutions within operations.

Navigate complex challenges and ambiguity, translating opportunities and issues into practical solutions and measurable results. Review and work with mechanical, electrical, and software documentation to assess designs, identify issues, and support effective problem resolution. Manage operational resources, budgets, and workforce planning to achieve business objectives and operational performance targets. Your background Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies; Green Belt certification is considered an advantage. Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Excellent coordination, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Strong teamwork, leadership, and project management capabilities. Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven approach.
