As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for performing the following duties to the highest standards: Operate, maintain, and repair all electrical systems throughout the hotel. Monitor and effectively utilize the Building Management System (BMS). Read and record electrical meter readings on a daily basis. Manage maintenance requests and work orders through the hotel's maintenance management system. Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical service records. Conduct routine technical inspections throughout the hotel. Carry out maintenance and repairs of electrical panels, wiring, and the hotel's electrical infrastructure (excluding work requiring external contractors). Diagnose faults, install, remove, and repair electric motors. Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in guest rooms and public areas. Perform maintenance, installation, and replacement of lighting fixtures and lamps. Install, configure, and maintain televisions and other electronic equipment. Prepare and support the technical setup for meetings, conferences, and special events. Coordinate and supervise the work of external contractors when required. ## Qualifications What are we looking for? ### Skills An Electrical Technician serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and collaborating with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: Diploma or vocational qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field MYK (Vocational Qualifications Authority of Türkiye) Vocational Qualification Certificate (preferred, relevant to the profession) Previous technical service experience in the hospitality industry or similar facilities is preferred - Knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair Experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS) - Strong team player with a responsible and proactive approach - Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required - Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset Hilton is the leading global hospitality company, spanning the lodging sector from luxurious full-service hotels and resorts to extended-stay suites and mid-priced hotels.
