## Responsibilities

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Casual Night Auditor, you’re not just overseeing overnight financial audits and reconciliations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

### Here's what you'll do during a typical day
- Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets
- Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports
- Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings
- Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use
- Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations
