## Job description

You will supervise and guide your team members closely, ensuring the service sequence is flawless and goes beyond guest expectations. As a Restaurant Supervisor - Cerise, you’re not just creating unforgettable dining moments – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

## Responsibilities

### Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day

Overseeing and managing all aspects of restaurant operations Providing guidance, education, and training to service staff Optimizing shift scheduling Handling VIP guests and special guests Appropriately addressing guest feedback and complaints and resolving issues Managing reservation status and table control Ensuring compliance with and oversight of hygiene and safety standards Collaborating with related departments, such as the kitchen, bar, and accommodations Supporting inventory management and ordering operations Serving as the on-site manager in the manager’s absence Maintaining hotel brand standards and implementing initiatives to improve service quality, etc.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: Practical knowledge of F&B operations English proficiency at a conversational level Leadership and team management skills A guest-oriented mindset and the ability to exceed service standards Flexibility and the ability to remain positive even during peak seasons or in high-pressure environments Ability to work irregular shifts A sense of fulfillment in supporting the growth of team members A desire to contribute to enhancing the value of the hotel brand
