As a Property Operations Coordinator, you’re not just providing support to department managers – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

## Responsibilities

### Here's what you'll do during a typical day
- Support daily office operations: Provide administrative support such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying to support department operations Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to all guest interactions
- Manage communication: Answer telephones, handle email communications, and process correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate travel arrangements: Organize and manage bookings for department managers
- Support special projects: Assist with departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
