## Job description

You will support the finance team in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. As a Trainee - Finance, you’re not just supporting the Finance team – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

## Responsibilities

### Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day

Learning & Development: Participate in training programs and actively develop accounting skills.

### Report Preparation

Help compile financial reports and statements under supervision.

### Bank Reconciliation

Support weekly bank reconciliation and cash tracking.

### Compliance Checks

Assist in verifying transactions for policy and regulatory compliance.

### System Familiarity

Learn and operate finance systems and tools used in hotel accounting.

### Team Collaboration

Work closely with finance team and other departments to support daily operations.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Internship or entry-level exposure in finance preferred Proficient in Excel and accounting software; hotel system is a plus Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines with supervision Fluent in English; collaborative across departments
