## Job description

Lead, train, and cheer on the engineering squad, scheduling shifts and inspiring top performance.

Run fire safety inspections and epic drills, making sure everyone stays safe and sound.

Jump to the rescue for maintenance requests and boost those rave-worthy guest service scores!

### Property Guardian

Patrol the grounds, tackle debris, sort out the “Lost and Found,” and keep everything glowing.

### Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years hotel/related experience, or 2-year degree with 3+ years, or 4-year degree with 2+ years Supervisory experience required Current certifications as required (e.g., HVAC, pool, electrical) Licensed to operate/repair boilers and chillers per local laws Valid driver’s license
