As a Communications Operator, you’re not just handling incoming telephone calls – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Hilton Waikoloa Village is seeking a Communication Operator to join its team at a 62 ‑ acre oceanfront resort on Hawaii ’ s scenic Kohala Coast, offering an immersive island experience. The ideal candidate will have minimum six months of customer service experience, hotel experience is highly preferred. ### Classification Full-Time Shift pattern: Open availability, am, pm, including overnight shifts, holidays and weekends are required. ## Responsibilities ### Here's what you'll do during a typical day - Provide exceptional phone support: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest calls, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests - Maintain relevant knowledge: Stay up to date on hotel services, amenities, and operations - Support emergency response: Relay accurate, detailed information to appropriate teams during emergency situations Leverage communication tools: Use PBX system, computer applications, and other technology to support daily operations ## Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
