As a Bellperson, you’re not just assisting guests with transporting and storing luggage – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Hilton Waikoloa Village is looking to add a passionate Bellperson to the team. Hawaii Island's only 62-acre Hawaiian paradise with 3 one of a kind outdoor swimming pools. This is your opportunity to join the Hilton team and find out why we are named #1 Best Hospitality Company to work for! ### Shift Varies (AM/PM/Overnight) - including weekends and holidays. ### Ideal candidate Will have recent customer service experience. Able to provide flexible scheduling availability. Able to work in a fast paced environment and collaborate with other team members. ## Responsibilities ### Here's what you'll do during a typical day - Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities - Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures - Assist with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations - Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order ## Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
