If you are passionate about people, organization, technology, and continuous improvement, this internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience within an international HR environment. ## Responsibilities As an HR Operations & Recruitment Trainee, you will support the HR Department in the following activities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Monitor daily job vacancies and recruitment activities through TMX Recruiting. Review and download candidate applications and CVs. Support Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process. Assist in coordinating interviews and candidate communication. Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate tracking. HR Systems & Digital Processes Support the management and maintenance of HR digital systems. Assist with TMX processes and workflow monitoring. Contribute to HR process digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives. Support the organization and maintenance of digital employee documentation. Assist with administrative HR reporting and data analysis. Team Member Communications & Engagement Support the distribution of internal communications and HR updates. Ensure HR notice boards and communication materials remain updated. Coordinate recognition initiatives and photo displays throughout the hotel. Support the organization of monthly Team Member celebrations and recognition activities. Assist with Team Member engagement projects and wellbeing initiatives. General HR Support Provide administrative support to the HR Department. Assist with onboarding activities when required. Support training and development initiatives. Participate in departmental projects and special assignments. ## Qualifications We are looking for a proactive, organized and digitally oriented individual who is eager to develop a career in Human Resources. To successfully fill this role, you should demonstrate: Passion for Human Resources and people development. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition processes. Digital mindset and interest in process improvement. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Flexibility and adaptability. Good knowledge of English. ### Preferred Qualifications Degree or studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Hospitality, Tourism or related fields. Previous internship or academic experience in HR is considered a plus. Knowledge of HR systems is beneficial but not required.
