## Job description

You are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences. As a F&B Assistant-Banquet, you’re not just setting up banquets – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

## Responsibilities

### Event Setup & Breakdown

Ensure accurate table setups, food presentation, and timely execution of banquet tasks.

### Service Delivery

Deliver excellent guest experiences through attentive service and prompt response to requests.

### Cleanliness & Safety

Maintain cleanliness of event areas and follow hygiene and safety standards.

### Team Collaboration

Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth event execution.

### Efficiency & Safety

Manage time well, multitask under pressure, and follow hygiene and safety standards.

### Product Knowledge

Understand menu items and pairings to assist guests confidently.elines.

### Safety & Hygiene

Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests.

## Qualifications

Prior experience in hospitality or banquet service in a hotel environment is preferred. Ability to provide excellent guest service and handle requests professionally. Capable of standing for long periods and lifting/carrying equipment or trays. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with staff and guests. Ensuring accurate setup, presentation, and cleanliness of event spaces.est-focused Able to work flexible shifts
