Featuring 182 guest rooms, we’re moments from Barangaroo, King Street Wharf and Darling Harbour, and just a short distance from the city centre. Guests can unwind in our beautiful open-air atrium or enjoy drinks and seasonal, sustainably inspired dining at our on-site restaurant. ## Responsibilities As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be the welcoming face of F&B, delivering a helpful, thoughtful and engaging experiences for every guest. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing our F&B operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery, with your north star being the creation of memorable guest experiences. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will lead and support your team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand excellence. This role will primarily focus on the breakfast team, encompassing responsibilities across the Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Events. Operating on a rotating roster, you will thrive as part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. ### Specifically, this role will involve Operational Oversight: Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to brand standards. ### Team Leadership Supervise, train, and motivate Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high performance. ### Guest Experience Management Ensure personalised service, handle guest feedback, and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction. ### Inventory & Cost Control Monitor stock levels, manage ordering, and control costs to optimize profitability. ### Sales & Revenue Support Drive upselling initiatives, monitor sales performance, and support revenue targets. ### Compliance & Hygiene Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations across the Restaurant Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for seamless service delivery. ### Food Safety Regulations Ensuring that all food safety standards are met. ## Qualifications What are we looking for? Experience in a Food and Beverage Supervisory role, or strong experience in an F&B service role. Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills Fluent in English, with the ability to engage professionally with guests and team members, both face-to-face and over email. Have a genuine passion for Hospitality and motivated to grow their career within F&B Strong skills in resolving conflicts and addressing challenges efficiently, even during busy moments. Well-presented, organised, and calm, with a positive attitude and a knack for staying composed in dynamic situations.
