## Job description

As an Assistant General Manager, you’re not just assisting the General Manager in directing hotel operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

## Responsibilities

### Here's what you'll do during a typical day
- Oversee hotel operations: Assist in leading daily operations, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, service delivery, and compliance with brand and company standards
- Lead designated departments: Oversee multiple departments across Hotel Operations and Property Operations
- Ensure high service standards: Monitor guest service delivery, respond to satisfaction trends, and implement improvements that enhance the overall guest experience
- Support operational excellence: Partner with the General Manager to identify efficiency gaps and assist in developing and implementing improvement strategies
- Act as the General Manager delegate: Assume full operational leadership responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager
- Cultivate a high-performing team: Recruit new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
