Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining. As a Senior Catering Manager, you’re not just overseeing the planning and execution of catered events – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. ## Responsibilities ### Here's what you'll do during a typical day - Grow catering market segments: Solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business - Cultivate client relationships: Maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business - Create exceptional experiences: Design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience - Oversee event coordination: Manage event documentation, facilitate seamless transitions throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases of events, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure smooth execution, proactive issue resolution, and an exceptional event experience - Guide team performance: Communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high-level service ## Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
