As a Food & Beverage Assistant Director, you’re not just supporting the F&B Director in overseeing all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. ## Responsibilities ### Here's what you'll do during a typical day - Support F&B operational strategy: Assist in overseeing operations of the Food & Beverage department, focusing on guest service excellence, product quality, inventory control, outlet reservations, systems management, and financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting - Drive guest satisfaction strategy: Lead the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience - Contribute to revenue growth: Collaborate with the F&B Director and Culinary team to develop and implement creative menus and effective food and beverage marketing strategies - Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing ## Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
