### Crisis Concierge
- In times of loss, our Crisis Concierge offers a single, compassionate point of contact for practical support and emotional care. Benefits availability may vary depending on Team Member location and terms and conditions of employment.

## Responsibilities

### Here's what you'll do during a typical day
- Support F&B operations: Work within room service Delight our guests: Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure a consistently high level of service
- Prepare trays with precision: Set and arrange trays for dining including folding napkins, and cleaning and placing tableware
- Ensure cleanliness and safety: Keep work areas clean and organized Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
