As a Guest Service Officer at Conrad Dubai, you’ll welcome guests with warmth and poise, provide attentive check-in and check-out service, and anticipate the thoughtful details that make each stay feel personal. You’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

## Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day as a Guest Service Officer at Conrad Dubai: Create an exceptional arrival: Welcome guests with warmth and poise, complete check-in accurately, and coordinate luggage assistance for a thoughtful first impression.

### Deliver a gracious farewell

Review charges, process payments accurately and discreetly, and ensure each departure leaves a lasting positive impression.

### Share thoughtful recommendations

Use your knowledge of hotel facilities, room categories, dining experiences, and local attractions to personalise each guest’s stay.

### Enhance the guest experience

Recommend room upgrades and hotel services that suit guest preferences while supporting revenue opportunities.

### Anticipate and respond with care

Attend to requests promptly, handle concerns with empathy, and coordinate with other departments to deliver attentive service.

### Care for every detail

Maintain accurate guest records, communicate messages promptly, and protect guest privacy throughout every interaction.
