Conveniently appointed in direct proximity to the convention center in downtown Abilene, this property is sure to be the talk of the town! Boasting 200 guest rooms, 23,000 square feet of banquet space and 3 unique food and beverage outlets - 2 restaurants, a marketplace and in-room dining! ### Shift must be able to work AM, Mid-day, Evenings, weekends, Holidays and overnight as needed. As a Guest Services Supervisor, you’re not just supervising day-to-day guest services operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. ## Responsibilities ### Here's what you'll do during a typical day - Supervise guest services team: Lead team members in performing all guest services functions, including bell services, luggage storage, package delivery, valet, parking, and related systems to ensure a seamless guest experience - Lead day-to-day team operations: Create team schedules, assign tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, and provide training, guidance, and in the moment feedback - Oversee guest issue resolution: Respond to guest inquiries and concerns directly while supporting team members in in handling complex or escalated issues - Manage special projects: Lead department initiatives or ad-hoc assignments ## Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
