As a Commercial Services Manager, this Sales Administrative Support role supports a high-volume, demand-driven property and requires strong administrative experience, exceptional organizational skills, and advanced computer proficiency to help drive commercial success – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. ## Responsibilities ### Here's what you'll do during a typical day Support Sales team Generate and convert new business: Research, prospect, and qualify leads through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales and exceed lead generation goals Support Sales team Build and maintain client relationships: Serve as the primary contact for assigned market segments, nurturing existing accounts and developing new ones to grow room revenue and overall profitability Support Sales Team Develop targeted sales strategies: Analyze hotel and market trends to create and execute business plans and marketing initiatives that capture demand and meet sales goals Manage booking details: Coordinate customer requirements including room, food and beverage, and meeting space, and ensure accurate and timely entry of account and reservation information in the hotel’s sales management system ## Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
