As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: - Drive regional Operational Excellence strategy aligned with OE 2.0 initiatives. - Establish and monitor productivity benchmarks and KPIs across JKM hotels. - Ensure weekly LMS reporting discipline and data accuracy. - Analyze labor productivity trends and provide actionable insights. - Collaborate with hotel leadership to improve rostering discipline and labor alignment. - Lead and support Time & Motion studies across properties. - Train OE Champions and hotel teams on OE tools and methodologies. - Identify and share best practices across hotels. - Support change management and continuous improvement culture. - Various ad hoc projects as required ## Responsibilities ### Competency Framework Leadership - Drives change and transformation across multiple stakeholders. - Influences senior leadership to adopt data-driven decisions. - Builds a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. ### Commercial Acumen - Understands financial drivers of hotel performance. - Links operational decisions to profitability and owner value. - Uses data to support strategic and commercial decisions. ### Operational Excellence Expertise - Deep understanding of labor management systems and productivity metrics. - Experience in Time & Motion studies and process optimization. - Ability to standardize processes and implement best practices. KPIs / Scorecard - Improvement in Productivity Ratio across JKM hotels. - LMS reporting compliance rate (weekly). - Reduction in labor cost % vs budget. - Adoption rate of OE initiatives across hotels. - Number of best practices implemented regionally. ## Qualifications At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
