Located on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens, this Forbes 4-Star, AAA 4-Diamond property is consistently ranked among the world's best resorts with 780 rooms, 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets. This includes 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining. As a Reservations Manager, you’re not just managing the hotel’s reservations operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. ## Responsibilities ### Here's what you'll do during a typical day Oversee daily reservations operations: Manage all aspects of the reservations process within leisure and groups, including room inventory and availability, group blocks and rooming lists, cut-off dates, rate restrictions, occupancy strategies, and system usage Maximize occupancy and revenue: Review and adjust rate strategies, occupancy levels, and promotional efforts to optimize room sales and achieve revenue targets Collaborate with sales and events: Work with Sales and Events teams to ensure group bookings, corporate rates, and special events are effectively managed to maximize revenue. ### Generate reports and forecasts Prepare and review key performance reports such as occupancy, revenue, and forecasting data to support strategic planning and departmental decision-making Inspire and develop the team: Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment ## Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
