## Job description

You will supervise and guide your team members closely, ensuring the service sequence is flawless and goes beyond guest expectations. As a Banquet Supervisor, you’re not just creating unforgettable dining moments – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

## Responsibilities

### Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day
- Oversee banquet, meeting, and event service operations
- Lead and guide team members during service
- Train and support staff development
- Maintain service quality standards
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues
- Work closely with other departments (Kitchen, Sales, etc.)
- Assist with scheduling and staffing
- Support efficient operations with cost awareness

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum
- 2 years of banquet experience in a 4–5 star hotel
- Knowledge of F&B and banquet operations Basic English communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills Guest-focused with a positive attitude Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment Willing to work shifts, including long or irregular hours
