## Job description

You will oversee the setup and execution of all banquet events, ensuring guests have a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish. As a Banquet Supervisor / Team Leader, you’re not just creating unforgettable experiences – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

## Responsibilities

### Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire banquet teams to consistently deliver outstanding service.

### Event Coordination

Plan and organize banquet operations for seamless event execution.

### Service Excellence

Uphold high standards in setup, delivery, and guest experience.

### Problem Solving

Respond swiftly to issues and adapt to evolving event requirements.

### Cross-Department Collaboration

Work with other departments and manage schedules for smooth operations.

## Qualifications

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in banquet operations or supervisory roles in hospitality
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven customer service excellence and attention to detail
- Familiarity with event planning processes and food presentation standards
- Ability to manage time and adapt in dynamic environments
