Located in the heart of downtown, Hilton Austin offers guests an energetic Austin experience steps from Sixth Street and Rainey Street nightlife, entertainment, and dining — featuring upscale amenities like two on-site restaurants, a Topgolf Swing Suite, F45 Training studio, and a rooftop pool with skyline views. *The ideal candidate is a welcoming and service focused personality and is excited to grow within hospitality! ### Shift Pattern Open availability required, 7 days a week, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. As a Cafeteria Attendant, you’re not just providing food and drink service – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. ## Responsibilities ### Here's what you'll do during a typical day Keep team members thriving: Provide exceptional food and beverage service in the team member cafeteria, including setting up and replenishing the food line, salad bar, and beverage stations. ### Maintain a clean and inviting space Ensure cleanliness of the entire cafeteria, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping tables Prep for service with care: Complete pre- and post-meal preparation to ensure seamless service Secure necessary supplies: Obtain supplies from kitchen and maintain stock levels needed for proper cafeteria set up Comply with regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being ## Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
