Located in the North Malé Atoll, the resort is scheduled to open in 2027 and will offer an idyllic island escape within easy reach of the capital. Set on a purpose-built island approximately 25 minutes by speedboat from Velana International Airport, Coco de Mer Maldives will provide guests with a seamless journey from arrival to a memorable Maldivian getaway. Combining the natural beauty and relaxed spirit of the Maldives with the individuality of Tapestry Collection, Coco de Mer Maldives is poised to offer a distinctive new hospitality experience in one of the world’s most sought-after island destinations. You’ll oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations, from crafting innovative menus to ensuring impeccable service. As a Food & Beverage Manager, you’re not just providing strategic direction for all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. ## Responsibilities ### Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day Define F&B operational strategy: Provide leadership direction for the Food & Beverage department to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction by ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and marketing Drive operational excellence: Plan and oversee the administrative and operational functions of the department, including budgeting, forecasting, and policy implementation, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. ### Manage costs and revenue - Implement effective controls for food, beverage, and labor costs while driving revenue through innovative marketing initiatives and service enhancements - Cultivate a high-performing team: Drive engagement and retention through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs - Ensure regulatory excellence: Uphold compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, fostering a culture committed to the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing ## Qualifications At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
