As an Government Relations/ Accommodation Supervisor, you’re not just aligning people strategies with business goals – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. ## Responsibilities ### Here's what you'll do during a typical day Align HR strategy with business goals: - Build trusted relationships across the organization to assess needs, align HR initiatives with business objectives, and drive long-term value - Drive organizational health: Monitor organizational dynamics, identify issues, and partner with Centers of Excellence to implement people and culture solutions that support high performance and engagement - Support workforce planning and talent strategy: Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and career development to ensure the business is future ready - Coach and advise leaders: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, offering coaching and expertise on performance management, leadership development, employee relations, and change management - Use data to drive decisions: Analyze trends and metrics to shape policies, improve processes, and deliver tailored HR programs that support business goals Uphold HR compliance: Apply knowledge of employment laws and escalate issues appropriately to ensure legal compliance and minimize risk - Foster learning and development: Identify capability gaps, support training design, and coach leaders to maximize team performance and accelerate development of high-potential talent ## Qualifications What It Takes to Make the Stay At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
