Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: - Deliver a consistently guest-focused service, including guest assistance, menu explanations, and recommendations - Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback, and provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions - Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening preparation, reservations, table allocation, and cleanliness standards - Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service delivery - Supervise and guide team members during shifts, including briefings, training, and performance feedback - Manage staffing levels and labor costs in line with business needs - Drive operational efficiency and continuous service improvement - Maintain strong product knowledge, including menus, allergen information, and hotel facilities - Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control - Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards - Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly ## Qualifications At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
