## Job description

### Responsibilities

Expense Operations & Accounting
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of Concur Expense and local expenses claims
- Perform monthly T&E accruals and variance analyses related to corporate travel and entertainment expenses
- Ensure all expense reports comply with company policy Concur Project Leadership

### Project Management
- Lead the end-to-end Concur project, establishing timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

### Process Optimization
- Review current expense policies, workflows, and approval hierarchies; redesign them in Concur to maximize automation, compliance, and user experience.

### Testing & Validation
- Define testing strategies, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve configuration defects, and ensure seamless data flow between Concur and SAP.

### Change Management & Training
- Develop training materials, host workshops, and act as the primary change agent for employees and managers transitioning to new Concur workflows.

### Perform others ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in SAP Concur, experience in managing the Concur project is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of finance and accounting concepts
- Fluency in both English and Cantonese is required
