[Apply on Hermès International’s careers site →](https://fa-eoic-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_12001/job/22677) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Hermès International](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/hermes-international/) / CDI - Store Operations Manager Prague (W/M) ## Job description ### Main Responsibilities 1- Management - Oversee the back office to support retail operations by aligning with the sales strategy and continuously enhancing the customer experience - Implement action plans to achieve store, subsidiary, or Group KPIs - Develop and support warehouse and customer service staff through hands-on management, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. - Handle the inventory and customer service responsibilities assigned to the manager (monitoring, reporting, etc.) - Ensure business continuity under all circumstances (absences, training, etc.) 2 – Inventory and Stock Flow - Manage merchandise procurement in line with the sales strategy - Manage all internal and external goods flows by overseeing physical movements. Ensure that physical inventory levels always match those in the computer system Organize and adapt the management of local inventory based on seasonal demand. ### Organize annual and cyclical inventories plan these inventories, ensure their preparation and smooth execution, trace items in case of discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions. 3- Customer Service Handle sales administration, remote customer interactions, and payment processing. Manage orders and customer reservations, and coordinate after-sales service in-store. Serve as the in-store point of contact for the CRM and the customer service center 4- Business Monitoring and Administration Serve as the point of contact for cash register operations in the store: Set up the registers in the morning; verify and approve daily cash register closings. Prepare reports for the Finance Department. Train new employees on how to use the cash register and all related procedures. Ensure that the entire store team follows these procedures. - Help manage the schedule, Manage general purchasing - Oversee maintenance for the store Performance Criteria Achievement of objectives Effective communication with all employees - Knowledge of and proper use of/compliance with store management information systems and procedures Individual contribution to the smooth operation of the store Meeting deadlines The candidate possesses A team oriented mindset A focus on results A commitment to quality Great adaptability and a curious mind - Strong interpersonal skills A passion for retail and the in-store experience The ability to work independently The ability to work accurately and meticulously while easily switching between tasks A very good command of English.
