## Job description

In this role, you will participate in the relationship and administrative management of daily operations on contracts of Belgian, German and Dutch residents.

More specifically, you will: Be the privileged point of contact of our partners and clients (such as brokers, asset managers and banks) during the whole life of a contract; Handle phone calls related to requests and questions from partners and clients about current operations; Build a strong professional relationship with our partners; Deal with daily contracts administration from A to Z on any transactions (new business, surrenders, switches,…); Work on dedicated and external funds; Process complex and non-standard operations; Liaise with our internal services, such as AML, KYC Office, Assets

Controlling, Wealth planning, Accounting, Sales etc. to ensure the quality and timely delivery of our operations; Collect, identify and formalize partners or clients’ requests while being proactive and offering solutions; Deal with digital processes and help achieving their constant improvement; Actively participate in projects in line with our strategy, such as process and quality improvement, database analysis, etc.

## Qualifications

Minimum BAC +3 (economics, management and/or financial orientation or equivalent); Experience in a similar position, ideally in the financial or insurance sector is an advantage; Deep knowledge of the LPS business is a clear advantage; Fluency in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken; Very strong customer orientation; Commitment and autonomy: ability to take charge of problems, strength and proactivity; Excellent organizational skills; Rigorous, structured and reliable; Excellent team spirit, availability and flexibility; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
