[Apply on Heineken’s careers site →](https://theheinekencompany-rmk.jobs.hr.cloud.sap/Egypt/job/Badr-Warehouse-Team-leader-Badr-WH/1445087333/) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Heineken](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/heineken/) / Warehouse Team leader - Badr WH ## Job description ### Job Purpose Supervises and executes the logistics of warehouse process in an efficient way in compliance with the Al Ahram’s standards and procedures to meet the internal and external customer service requirements. ### Duties and Responsibilities Ensures that orders are delivered on time to clients. Follows up on the vehicle maintenance (oil, car wash, filters) through a combined file. Monitors car fees using System Applications and Products (SAP) software and puts bills into the system. Sends the management a daily report on warehouse movements (sale & load). Supports all warehouses' monthly dashboards. Keeps drivers up to date on everyday issues, technical concerns, and assignments. Follows up on warehouse floor issues such as cleanliness, product availability, inventory, and problem solutions. Follows up on projects, executes them, and puts safety precautions in place. Checks in on the arrival of fresh cards at the warehouse (shifting). Follows up on wine and alcohol licenses in coordination with the tax authorities. Follows up on employee vacations and ensures that they are entered into the system in accordance with the yearly plan (sick leave, annual, work mission, etc.). Ensures that all drivers follow and implement safety regulations, and monitors their driving performance using GPS. Follows up on traffic infractions (seat belts, speed). Supervises the implementation of NAFSA guidelines. Attends all mandatory meetings. Maintains track of all warehouse-related field work. Enters all driver and worker leaves into the My HR program. Supervises and updates the distributed control system meetings on a daily basis. Makes a file to track warehouse performance and productivity. Supervises and monitors the drivers' routes in contrast to the desired route in order to reduce costs. Monitors the use of all warehouse trucks' cars. Monitors medical problems and transmits medical information to clinics. Assists the sales department in the distribution of promotional materials from the warehouse. Assists the warehouses in Charm El Sheikh and Hurghada in providing non-alcoholic items by dispatching drivers from our end to collect those products from the Abou Rawash warehouse. Pursues the renewal of drivers and vehicles licenses. ### Disclaimer Other duties assigned as needed. Education & Experiences Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferable Years of Experience 1 -3 years of experience in warehousing management, distribution, and transportation planning, preferably in FMCGs. ### Qualifications & Other Requirements - Excellent command of English Language Skills in Microsoft (Excel & PowerPoint), Power BI is a plus - Knowledge in ERP System like SAP preferably ### Functional Competencies Safety & Sustainability - Maintain the warehouse as a safe environment for both staff and visitors according to the applicable Heineken and local regulations. Excellence in Execution Organize and direct the daily workflow of activities in the warehouse to meet internal/external customer requirements. Assets Management Elect the appropriate assets and equipment (warehouse space, forklift, racks, loading docks, etc.) To run warehousing operations costs efficiently and maintain them in good working condition in accordance with the applicable regulations (safety, maintenance, etc.). Management Reporting Report warehouse performance in a timely and accurate way to support decision making. Warehouse Planning Plan warehousing resources (staff, space and equipment), run operations cost efficiently while meeting internal and external customer service requirements. Quality Assurance Preserve the quality of the goods received into the warehouse and prevent quality defective products being moved downstream in the supply chain. Inventory Management Control the inventory of materials and finished goods within the warehouse. Logistics Service Provider Management Manage Logistics Service Providers in order to drive efficient and effective outsourced operations execution.
