You will partner with senior commercial stakeholders to turn data, market insights and business priorities into impactful growth strategies across pricing, portfolio, promotions and trade investment. ### Key Responsibilities Shape Growth Strategy - Partner with Management Teams to translate strategic and annual business priorities into actionable Revenue Margin Growth initiatives. ### Unlock Growth Insights - Analyse market, customer and business data to identify growth opportunities, develop hypotheses and generate actionable commercial insights. ### Drive Pricing Strategy - Develop pricing and PPA strategies across brands, SKUs, channels and regions to optimise revenue and margin. ### Optimise Portfolio & Mix - Identify opportunities to improve portfolio mix, SKU availability, Hero SKU performance, planograms and new pack launches. ### Maximise Promotional Effectiveness - Shape promotional strategies and investment plans to improve effectiveness and deliver stronger commercial returns. ### Optimise Trade Investment - Review customer and distributor investments, trade terms and incentive structures to improve efficiency and support sustainable growth. Turn Insights into Action - Develop RMG plans, prioritise high-impact initiatives, track performance and establish a strong execution rhythm across the OpCos. ### Build RMG Capability - Strengthen Revenue Management capabilities through new tools, processes, trackers, workshops and best-practice sharing across markets. ### What You’ll Bring Relevant Experience - Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with strong experience in commercial, analytics, Revenue Management/RGM or related roles. ### Commercial Expertise - At least 3 years of commercial and analytical experience, preferably within FMCG, retail or a similarly fast-paced environment. ### RGM Knowledge - Strong understanding of revenue and margin growth levers, including pricing, PPA, mix, promotions and trade investment. ### Analytical Mindset - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex or incomplete data to identify meaningful insights and opportunities. ### Data & Technology Skills - Strong Excel and data analytics capabilities. Experience with Nielsen/IRI, POS or panel data such as Kantar/GfK will be an advantage. ### Strategic & Commercial Acumen - Strong understanding of market, customer and channel dynamics, with the ability to connect insights to practical business actions. ### Influencing & Collaboration - Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and across a regional matrix organisation. ### Results-Oriented & Agile - Strong ownership, prioritisation and execution skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving results in a fast-changing environment.
