As a Brewing Technician, you'll specialize in three key areas within our brewhouse operations —whether it’s Wort Production, Cellar & Fermentation or Beer Filtration. Your expertise will help us achieve our production targets efficiently and to the highest standards of quality and safety. ### Main Responsibilities Ensure Safety & Health: Implement and adhere to safety and health protocols to maintain a safe working environment. ### Drive Production Output Achieve production goals in terms of quantity and quality. ### Maintain Equipment Ensure high reliability and availability of production machinery and supporting equipment. ### Control Processes Implement process control standards to optimize production efficiency. ### Manage Materials Ensure the availability of production materials. ### Achieve Shop Floor Excellence Maintain excellence in all shop floor activities. ### Promote Cleanliness Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards within the working environment. ### Candidate Criteria Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biology, Chemical Engineering or related fields. ### Experience Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience, fresh graduates are welcome Language Skills: Proficiency in English. ### Flexibility Willing to work in shifts. ### Location Willing to be based in Tangerang Brewery. ### Tools Provided Uniform & Personal Protection Equipment Contract: Full-time Why Join Us?
