## Job description

### Actividades principales

Definir y traducir la estrategia I-RTC en prioridades, objetivos y planes de ejecución para su ámbito. Responsable de alinear la estrategia comercial de mayoristas, distribuidores y alianzas estratégicas, buscando el crecimiento rentable de este canal, en colaboración con stakeholders. Gestionar y monitorear KPIs comerciales y operativos, identificando desviaciones, causas y oportunidades. Traducir la estrategia comercial a planes de canal, equipamiento, portafolio, promociones, activaciones, capacitación y ejecución.

Colaborar el diseño de la película de éxito ad hoc a estos formatos y modelos de negocio Asegurar disciplina de procesos, gobernanza y seguimiento de compromisos dentro de su ámbito de responsabilidad. Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, productividad, servicio y rentabilidad, convirtiéndolas en planes de acción. Desarrollar relaciones efectivas con stakeholders internos y externos para habilitar la estrategia. Administración del presupuesto de BTL para el desarrollo de este grupo de clientes
