## Job description

In this role, you will enable sales force effectiveness through robust analytics, incentive governance and performance insights, ensuring sales force investments and performance mechanisms are accurately managed and aligned with commercial priorities.

### Main Responsibilities

Ensure effective and accurate administration of the Sales Force Incentive Scheme (SFIS). Ensure accurate and effective translation and allocation of sales targets. Provide timely insights on sales force performance and effectiveness. Safeguard the integrity, fairness and compliance of incentive processes Ensure disciplined management and utilisation of the annual SFIS budget. Support data-driven improvement of sales force productivity and effectiveness Key Criteria: Minimum undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related disciplines At least 3 years of sales analysis or relevant work experience, FMCG industry experience is an added advantage.

- Collaborates effectively as a team player across functions and stakeholders Shows initiative, innovation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Customer-focused, with a commitment to continuous personal and professional development
