## Job description

### Key Accountabilities

Execute customer plans aligned with Duty Free channel priorities to achieve commercial objectives. Deliver volume, revenue, distribution, and premiumisation targets while driving portfolio growth. Manage customer relationships through regular engagement, responsive support, and effective issue resolution. Identify growth opportunities by monitoring customer performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Ensure excellent in-store execution through Heineken Steps of Visit, merchandising standards, POSM deployment, and promotional activities.Maintain product availability by monitoring stock levels, inventory health, demand forecasts, and mitigating out-of-stock risks.

Support new business opportunities through expanded distribution, new listings, commercial initiatives, and market intelligence. Ensure compliance and governance by adhering to HeiRules, HeiCode, Responsible Consumption standards, Duty Free regulations, and approved commercial processes.

### Key Responsibilities
- Perform 4 steps sales call to assigned customers of Duty Free Market Pre-call planning & preparation Outlet execution according to EOE standard (focus SKUs, POSMs & stock display, chilled & ready-to-serve stocks, product freshness and amenities) Sell-in of promotions, innovations and assortment optimization, and utilize outlet contract to drive sales performance To-do-list –ensure follow up actions from the sales calls are captured
- Business Development Prospecting -assess and acquire outlets, secure functions & special events Review and analyse outlet performance, develop solutions and evaluate outcome for both internal and external stakeholders Execute & support company-initiated activities
- Market Intelligence Feedback on competitor activities Maintain & update relevant outlet information
