## Job description

### Main Responsibilities
- Develops annual growth strategy for Modern Trade channel and E-Commerce, based on market data and insights, delivering company volume and profitability objectives, fully in line with portfolio strategy; Consolidates all tailor-made Modern Trade activities in a 12-month commercial calendar, ensuring common understanding within Commerce function (Sales & Marketing) and flawless execution; Ensures best in class in-store visibility of HZB portfolio in Modern Trade; Develops standards and guidelines for building relevant picture of success for the dedicated channels; Develops category management tactics and channel specific action plans, based on channel priorities, optimal brand/SKU mix per channel and shopper/consumer insights; Develops and controls together with Assets manager, Visibility & Activation experts strategy for Modern Trade and relevant point of purchase solutions; Ensures effective and efficient promo strategy for Modern Trade; Budget efficient allocation and control; Requirements: University degree; Minimum
- 3 years in FMCG area in the field of Sales and Marketing, Key Accounts management experience is a strong advantage; Promotable / High Potential and minimum Fully
- Meets Expectations sustained performance calibrated ratings (2025); In-depth understanding of consumer trends and route to market specifics; Strategic thinker with strong commercial and business understanding; Proven analytical and decision-making skills with a focus on results; Excellent planning and organizational skills with ability to multitask and work under pressure; Growth mindset, pro-active attitude and eager to learn; Excellent communication, negotiations and influencing skills; Proficiency in MS office (Excel; Power Point); Fluency in spoken and written English; Clear driving license.
