## Job description

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION This role leads the commercial draught quality agenda for Heineken Myanmar by raising outlet execution standards, embedding Perfect Serve discipline through Star Academy, reducing quality complaints, and converting superior draught experience into stronger customer advocacy, consumer satisfaction and sustainable draught business growth.

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Draught quality compliance: Improvement in outlet quality audit scores and consistent adherence to Perfect
- Serve, hygiene, equipment and serving standards Complaint reduction and resolution: Timely follow-up on draught beer complaints, root-cause closure with relevant teams, and visible reduction of repeated quality issues Training coverage and effectiveness: Effective end-to-end delivery of Star Academy against annual training plan, including outlet staff participation, training quality, certification completion and visible improvement in Perfect
- Serve execution at outlet level Market visit and audit discipline: Regular market visits and audit reports completed with clear insights, action owners, timelines and follow-up closure status POSM and outlet execution quality: Improved outlet compliance on draught-related POSM usage, maintenance, visibility, feedback collection and replacement recommendations Cross-functional delivery: Effective coordination with Sales, Channel, Brand, Customer Service, Supply Chain and agencies to resolve quality gaps and support event execution

### REQUIREMENTS

Have Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in F&B, hospitality, beer industry, sales, trade marketing or customer-facing commercial roles Experience in public speaking, outlet training, quality execution, beer knowledge, customer service and cross-functional coordination is preferred
- Strong ability to gather, interpret, and translate customer insights into actionable recommendations
- Demonstrate excellence in execution with a strong focus on operational quality and consistency
- Knowledge of channel, outlet, and customer segmentation to support targeted commercial strategies Good understanding of sales operations and performance management principles
- Strong understanding of shopper behavior, consumer trends, and channel dynamics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Results-oriented with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work effectively across different functions and adapt in a fast-paced commercial environment Fluent in Myanmar and English, both written and spoken
