## Job description

### Purpose of the Job

Ensuring optimal individual performance in assigned through excellence execution and continous personal development.

### Role & Responsibility
- Ensure successful achievement of sales targets in targeted outlets
- Ensure the correct sales execution as per guidelines for each assigned outlets
- Track own performance indicators (including completion of basic job responsibilities and input/output KPIs) Be the reliable point of contact with outlets owners.

Include investigating, resolving, tracking customer issues and timely follow-up actions Timely feedback/Escalate to sales supervisor on the issues identified in the assigned area to improve service at the outlet level

### Requirements and Qualifications

Fluent in Khmer writing and speaking Able to speak in Vietnamese (English is a plus)
- 1+ years in consumer goods industry
- 1+ years in sales/marketing in sales executions (Optional) Higher Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales
