## Job description

### Main Responsibilities

Execute Heineken Steps of Visit across assigned territory to achieve volume, distribution, and execution targets. Drive promotion & visibility excellence by deploying POSM, executing NCP & tactical activations, and ensuring pricing compliance. Expand distribution and outlet development across Modern Off-Trade (MOFT) and Traditional Off-Trade (TOFT) channels. Build trust-based relationships with key outlet decision-makers and resolve daily operational issues promptly.

Ensure disciplined reporting by updating call outcomes accurately in system, maintaining master data, and gathering market intelligence on competitors.

### Competencies and Skills

Adaptable team player with FMCG sales experience, possessing a minimum of 2 years' commercial/sales experience (preferably in FMCG), proficient in English, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and manage conflicts effectively. Strong commercial acumen and market knowledge, supported by proven selling, negotiation, and customer management capabilities.

Analytical and problem-solving skills, able to evaluate outlet performance, identify opportunities, and develop practical business solutions. Results-driven and customer-focused, committed to achieving business objectives while delivering excellent customer outcomes. High integrity, accountability, and self-discipline, with the ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with reliability and professionalism.
