[Apply on Heineken’s careers site →](https://theheinekencompany-rmk.jobs.hr.cloud.sap/HeinekenUSA/job/White-Plains%2C-New-York-Associate-Brand-Manager-NY-10601/1442888033/) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Heineken](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/heineken/) / Associate Brand Manager ## Job description ### About the Role This role will be responsible for overall management of Heineken digital and social owned channels, as well as supporting the overall ATL/BTL team on execution of the annual marketing plan Key Responsibilities: Project management: Create and manage project timelines on key ABTL projects (innovation, creators, ad hoc overlay plans) developing and maintaining timelines, workback schedules, and status trackers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across all initiatives Budget Management: Track and manage the brand marketing budget, maintaining up to date spend trackers, coordinating PO processing and invoice reconciliation with finance, and flagging variances or risks to the Brand Manager Reporting: Compile and distribute monthly brand performance reports, consolidating data across media, social, sales, and brand health metrics, providing clear analysis of key trends, insights, and recommended actions Track and report against KPIs for the priority market plans and activations, consolidating data from cross functional teams Internal engagement: Support the development and execution of internal engagement initiatives, creating and distributing brand updates, campaign showcases, distributor newsletters, etc. ### Compliance Ensure all brand marketing materials, campaigns, and activations comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and industry requirements, coordinating the legal review and approval process for all content and communications Brand planning: Support the Brand and Commercial Marketing team in the development of the annual brand plan Creators/influencer: Support brand manager/director with selection of creators, creator briefs, KPIs and reporting Basic Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of commercial experience (Brand Marketing, Social Media) Project management experience HEINEKEN Behaviors Connect Shape Develop Deliver Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 + Annual Bonus Benefits - Medical/Dental/Vision + Matching 401k Plan Vacation – 20 Days Paid Vacation & Unlimited Wellness Days $200 Monthly Beverage Allowance Heineken USA is an equal opportunity employer.
