## Job description

### Overview of the Position

Some ownership of individual customer and subject to revenue goals associated with those customers. Assist the sales and operations teams in support of global customer base. Works to ensure that repair and sale orders are completed within company standards to ensure exceptional customer experience by performing essential duties.

### Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Work with sales team to build and maintain customer relationships. Assist sales team with customer inquiries, data research, proposal development, and sales quotes via phone and email. Enter repair and sales order data into the company database. Organize and file customer work orders, sales orders and invoices. Enters airway bills and customer and/or vendor quotes into database and/or tracks customer shipments. Research and update part pricing database through vendor quotes.

Other duties that may be assigned.

## Qualifications

### Education / Experience Requirements

High school diploma or GED required; minimum 2 years' equivalent office work experience. Experience in managing customer accounts and working knowledge of customer support and exceptional service.

### Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

### Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

### Physical Demands and Work Environment

The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; and lift up to 10 pounds Is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
