## Job description

Camtronics, a subsidiary of HEICO Corporation, a NYSE-traded company (NYSE: HEI) is seeking a HR Assistant. The HR Assistant will support the HR department in recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits and administrative activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Assist in onboarding process for new hires, including conducting new hire orientation. Assist with recruiting activities including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews. Assist with preparing payroll for processing and generating payroll reports for month end. Coordinate company events. Provide support to Team Members with HR and benefits related inquires and issues.

Performs administrative duties in day-to-day operations. Assist HR Manager with special projects as needed.

## Qualifications

### Education

High School Diploma or GED Work Experience/Requirements: 1-3 years experience in an administrative role. HR experience preferred. Ability to maintain confidential information.

### Knowledge, Skills or Abilities

Language: Must possess excellent communication skills, ability to communicate verbally and written in English, ability to effectively explain ideas to all levels of the company.

### Computer Skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Word, etc. Previous experience with ADP preferred.

### Organizational Skills

Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize; flexibility in handling multiple tasks, strict attention to detail; ability to set clear goals, manage issues, and escalate when necessary to achieve results, under tight deadlines.

### Interpersonal Skills

Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.

### Customer Service

Highly responsive, attentive to detail, and comfortable in a “hands-on” environment.

### Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; talk or hear; and occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The associate may occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
